The team operates across multiple Canadian offices and is open to an experienced partner based in Calgary, Edmonton, Montréal, Toronto, Vancouver or Ottawa. The position offers a platform to originate transactions, mentor junior lawyers and work on cross-office matters.

Established partner-level experience in real estate finance and commercial lending.
Track record of leading complex financings and originating matters; portable practice or client relationships welcomed.
Strong commercial judgment and ability to manage and develop a team.
Admission to an appropriate Canadian bar or eligibility to transfer; excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
