Seeking a partner to join a well-regarded national firm’s Vancouver office to lead and grow an established practice focused on real estate lending, commercial lending and banking regulatory matters. The role will suit an experienced deal‑oriented lawyer with an established portable practice and demonstrable client relationships.

You will work on complex financings and regulatory advisory matters, mentor junior lawyers, and collaborate with national teams across disciplines. The team is particularly interested in senior hires who can immediately contribute revenue and business development capacity.

Established partner with a primary focus on commercial real estate lending, banking/lending or banking regulatory work.
Portable practice and proven client origination/business development track record.
Experience leading transactions, supervising teams and managing client relationships.
Admission to the bar in British Columbia (or eligibility to transfer) or equivalent Canadian credentials.
