National law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Vancouver team with a primary focus on lending and real estate work. The role will suit an experienced partner who handles complex lending transactions and related regulatory matters.

Candidates should have an established, portable practice and be able to contribute business on day one. The firm will also consider senior partners from other Canadian offices with a strong banking regulatory practice who are seeking a strategic next move.

Proven partner-level experience in lending, real estate finance or banking regulatory work
Portable practice / demonstrated ability to originate and maintain client relationships
Preference for senior partners; junior partners with limited portability are not the focus
Primary hiring interest in Vancouver; candidates in other Canadian offices will be considered
