Established multi-office California firm is seeking a partner to join and grow its real estate litigation and construction practice across several Southern and Northern California offices. The role will handle complex construction disputes, real estate-related litigation, and appellate matters, and will coordinate with transactional colleagues where issues overlap.

The successful candidate will have an established trial and appellate practice, be comfortable managing high-stakes matters, and collaborate across offices. There is an expectation of business development activity and the ability to bring or grow a portable client base, though specific book-size thresholds are handled confidentially.

Partner-level experience in real estate litigation and construction disputes, including trial and appellate work
Familiarity with real estate transactional issues that intersect with litigation
Proven business development ability and experience managing client relationships; portability of practice desirable
Active California bar admission or eligibility and willingness to work from one of the listed California offices
Strong writing, advocacy, and team leadership skills
