Lateral Partner — Real Estate Litigation & Construction — Northern Virginia

Established law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Northern Virginia real estate litigation and construction disputes team. The role focuses on counseling developers, owners, and contractors in complex commercial real estate and construction matters, including dispute resolution and litigation strategy.

The team handles a mix of contested litigation, contract and warranty disputes, and construction defect matters. The successful candidate will join a collaborative, multidisciplinary practice that works closely with transactional real estate and construction groups.

Portable practice and an existing client base are welcomed; the firm is looking for an experienced partner who can contribute immediate client relationships and help grow the practice regionally.

• Partner-level experience in real estate litigation and construction disputes.
• Proven track record of handling complex commercial real estate and construction matters.
• Strong client development skills and a portable book of business preferred.
• Active bar admission in Virginia or ability to obtain admission; excellent litigation and written advocacy skills.
