Lateral Partner — Real Estate Litigation, Washington, D.C.

Senior real estate litigator sought to join a well-established national practice in Washington, D.C. The role focuses on construction-related disputes and complex commercial real estate litigation across public- and private-sector matters.

The team handles trial and arbitration matters and advises clients on risk management, contract disputes, and claims arising from development and construction projects. The position offers a platform to lead cases and grow a litigation practice within an experienced group.

Open to candidates with an existing portable practice and demonstrable client relationships; business origination will be valued.

• Partner-level experience in real estate and construction litigation
• Established record of courtroom and/or arbitration experience on complex commercial matters
• Proven ability to originate and cultivate client relationships; portable book of business welcome
• Active bar admission in D.C. or ability to transfer admission
