Leading international law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Paris real estate team. The role offers responsibility for leading transactions and advising institutional and corporate real estate clients across France and cross-border matters.

The successful candidate will join an established, market-facing practice and will play a senior role in business development, team leadership and execution on complex real estate mandates.

Proven partner-level experience in real estate law and a strong track record of leading transactions or portfolio work
Portable practice or demonstrable book of business and a clear ability to generate new mandates
Experience advising on French real estate matters and managing cross-border client work
Strong client relationship, business development and team leadership skills
