Leading New York office seeking a lateral partner to join a well-established, full-service law firm. The role focuses on real estate and related transactional work including leasing, construction, renewable energy and healthcare-related real estate projects.

Ideal candidates will have a portable practice or demonstrable business development capabilities across industrial/logistics, resort development, healthcare real estate and finance-related real estate matters. The position offers a collaborative platform with cross-practice support from finance, construction and energy teams.

Partner-level transactional experience in real estate, construction or healthcare-related real estate matters
Proven ability to originate or grow client relationships (portable practice welcomed)
Strong finance/transactional aptitude for real estate deals, including leasing and project-related financing
Licensed to practice in New York (or willing to obtain admission) and JD or equivalent degree
Track record of leading deal teams and mentoring junior lawyers
