Lateral Partner — Regulatory (Financial Markets) — Riyadh

Leading international firm is seeking a senior regulatory partner to join its Riyadh office to strengthen its financial markets and asset management capability. The role focuses on advising on regulatory matters across financial services, fund formation and asset management in the Saudi market and broader region.

The successful candidate will lead client engagements, build and grow a portable practice, and work closely with regional and international teams to deliver cross-border regulatory solutions.

• Established partner with significant regulatory experience in financial markets and asset management.
• Demonstrable experience advising on fund formation and asset management matters in the Middle East, preferably with exposure to Saudi regulatory regimes.
• Track record of originating and managing client relationships; portable practice/ book of business required.
• Strong leadership and business development skills; able to integrate with regional and international teams.
