Lateral Partner — Restructuring & Bankruptcy, Boulder

Partner opportunity for an experienced restructuring and bankruptcy lawyer to join a well-established national practice in Boulder. The role will focus on corporate restructuring matters, distressed M&A and chapter-focused work across a mix of private- and public-company matters.

This is a partner-level role: you will lead engagements, develop client relationships, and work closely with a cross-office restructuring team. The firm values collaborative, commercially minded partners who can originate work and integrate with national practice capabilities.

• Proven partner- or senior-level experience in restructuring and bankruptcy matters
• Track record of leading complex corporate restructuring or insolvency engagements
• Portable client relationships or an ability to originate and develop new business
• Strong written and oral advocacy; ability to manage and mentor junior lawyers
