Experienced restructuring partner sought to join a leading international practice in Charlotte. The role focuses on chapter 11 reorganizations, out-of-court restructurings and distressed M&A, working with corporate clients, creditors and stakeholders across complex insolvency matters.

The team handles both contentious and transactional work, advising on debtor and creditor-side strategies, plan negotiations and restructuring financings. The hire will join an established group with national reach and cross-practice collaboration.

Portable practice and demonstrable client relationships are welcome; the role offers a platform to continue and grow a restructuring-focused book of business.

Established restructuring/bankruptcy partner with significant transactional and bankruptcy experience
Proven track record advising debtors, creditors or distressed buyers in complex restructurings
Strong client development skills and ability to cultivate a portable practice
Bar admission in relevant U.S. jurisdiction and ability to work from the Charlotte office
