Lateral Partner — Restructuring & Bankruptcy, Frankfurt

Leading, well-established German law practice is seeking a lateral partner to join its Frankfurt restructuring and insolvency team. The role will focus on advising creditors, debtors and stakeholders on domestic and cross-border restructuring and insolvency matters.

The successful candidate will take a senior technical role on complex mandates and help grow the practice through client relationships and origination. This is an opportunity to join a busy team with an established platform in corporate restructurings.

• Qualified to practise in Germany (or equivalent) with significant partner-level experience in restructuring/insolvency.
• Track record advising on complex domestic and cross-border insolvency and turnaround matters.
• Established client relationships and proven business development ability; portable practice desirable.
• Strong commercial judgment, team leadership and ability to manage multi-disciplinary matters.
