Senior partner opportunity in Leeds for an experienced restructuring and bankruptcy lawyer. The role sits within a well-established national practice advising on complex insolvency, restructuring and creditor/debtor matters across corporate and financial contexts.

The team acts for corporate clients, lenders and insolvency practitioners on formal restructurings, schemes, CVAs and distressed financings. The firm is looking for a senior hire who can lead engagements, develop a high-performing team locally and work across related finance and restructuring matters.

Portable client relationships or a demonstrable track record of business development in restructuring/insolvency will be highly regarded.

Established partner-level track record in restructuring, insolvency or related finance work
Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex cross-disciplinary matters
Strong client-facing and business development skills; demonstrable portable relationships preferred
Experience advising on formal insolvency procedures, creditor/ debtor arrangements and distressed financings
