Lateral Partner — Restructuring & Bankruptcy, Los Angeles

Well-established U.S. law firm is seeking a partner to join its Los Angeles restructuring and bankruptcy team. The role focuses on leading high‑stakes corporate restructuring matters, advising debtor and creditor stakeholders, and managing complex insolvency-related transactions.

The successful candidate will step into a front‑end position on matters, mentor junior lawyers, and help develop the West Coast restructuring practice. Candidates with an existing portable restructuring practice or demonstrable client relationships will be strongly considered.

• Partner-level experience in restructuring, insolvency and related corporate work.
• Track record of leading chapter proceedings, out‑of‑court restructurings or creditor-side representation.
• Strong client development and relationship management skills; portable practice a plus.
• Ability to manage complex matters and supervise associates.
