Lateral Partner — Restructuring & Bankruptcy, Phoenix

Senior restructuring partner sought to join a major national law firm’s Phoenix office. The role focuses on leading complex bankruptcy, insolvency and corporate restructuring matters across a range of industries and stakeholders.

The partner will supervise and develop a local team, work closely with national restructuring colleagues, and take a leading role on client engagements and business development initiatives.

• Established track record handling chapter 11 and out-of-court restructurings and related corporate work.
• Proven team leadership and experience managing multi-disciplinary engagements.
• Strong client-development skills; a portable practice or demonstrable origination capability is desirable.
• Bar admission in the relevant US jurisdiction and excellent written and oral advocacy skills.
