Lateral Partner — Restructuring & Bankruptcy, Salt Lake City

Leading law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Salt Lake City office to lead and grow a restructuring and bankruptcy practice. The role combines courtroom and transactional work across insolvency, workouts, and related corporate restructuring matters.

The successful candidate will join a multidisciplinary team advising debtors, creditors, and other stakeholders on complex restructurings and insolvency proceedings. This position offers visibility on high‑profile matters and the opportunity to develop a regional practice.

Candidates should be prepared to contribute at partner level — bringing technical depth, client‑facing experience, and the ability to originate or expand client relationships in the restructuring space.

• Established partner-level experience in bankruptcy, restructuring, and related corporate work.
• Track record of leading insolvency proceedings, creditor/debtor representations, or complex workouts.
• Strong courtroom and negotiation skills; ability to manage teams and develop business.
• Admissions and credentials appropriate for practice in the jurisdiction; willingness to be based in Salt Lake City.
