Senior lateral role for a partner to join a leading international law firm's U.S. restructuring and insolvency practice. The role will focus on advising debtors, creditors, committees, and other stakeholders on complex chapter 11 cases, out-of-court restructurings, and related distressed financings.

The successful candidate will be expected to build and lead matters, mentor junior lawyers, and contribute to business development across the U.S. practice. Portable client relationships and a demonstrable track record of originating or sustaining fee-generating engagements in restructuring/insolvency are welcome.

Established partner with significant experience in restructuring, bankruptcy, and insolvency matters.
Proven track record of leading complex chapter 11 cases and out-of-court restructurings.
Demonstrable business development ability; portable client relationships preferred.
Strong litigation and/or distressed finance experience and experience mentoring teams.
Admission to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction(s).
