Leading international law firm seeks a lateral partner to expand its Restructuring & Bankruptcy practice in Washington, D.C. The role combines restructuring representation with corporate transactional and advisory work for debtors, creditors, and other stakeholders.

The partner will lead high‑profile Chapter 11 matters, advise on out‑of‑court restructurings and related corporate issues, and mentor a team of associates. This role is ideal for an established restructuring lawyer with a portable practice who wants a platform to grow client relationships and lead strategic engagements.

Established partner with substantial restructuring/bankruptcy experience at a major law firm.
Proven track record leading Chapter 11 cases, complex restructurings, and creditor/debtor-side matters.
Demonstrated ability to originate and develop client relationships; portable business welcomed.
Strong leadership, client management, and team‑building skills; active bar membership.
