Lateral Partner — Restructuring & Corporate (Atlanta)

Leading law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Atlanta office to lead and grow a corporate restructuring practice. The role blends turnaround, distressed M&A and creditor/debtor representation across in-court and out-of-court workouts.

The partner will advise corporate and financial stakeholders on complex insolvency and restructuring matters, manage high‑value engagements, and collaborate with cross‑practice teams on related corporate and financing issues. This is a rainmaking role: a portable practice or client relationships in restructuring are welcomed.

• Established partner-level experience in restructuring, bankruptcy and distressed corporate transactions
• Proven track record of originating or leading significant matters and managing teams
• Ability to cultivate and expand client relationships; portable practice welcomed
• Bar admission in Georgia or willingness to qualify; excellent commercial judgment and written advocacy
