Well-established German practice is seeking a partner to lead and grow its restructuring and insolvency capability in the Berlin office. The role combines complex insolvency-driven restructurings with corporate advisory work across domestic and cross-border matters.

The successful candidate will take responsibility for originating and managing client relationships, supervising teams on high-value matters, and working closely with corporate colleagues on transactional and restructuring mandates. A portable practice is welcome.

Qualified to practise in Germany (admitted or equivalent); strong track record in restructuring/insolvency and related corporate work
Demonstrable client origination and relationship-management experience; able to bring or develop a portable practice
Proven leadership of deal teams and ability to work on cross-border matters
Excellent German and English communication skills
