Established law firm is seeking a Lateral Partner to join its Dallas restructuring and corporate practice. The role will focus on Chapter 11 and out-of-court restructurings, creditor and debtor representation, and related corporate work for middle‑market and larger clients.

The successful candidate will lead engagements, manage teams, and work closely with other corporate and finance lawyers on cross‑disciplinary matters. This is a partner-level role with opportunity to build and expand a restructuring practice in the region.

Portable practice and business development capability are important; candidates with an existing client base or demonstrable origination track record will be strongly considered.

Established partner with significant experience in bankruptcy, restructuring and related corporate work
Proven track record leading Chapter 11 and out‑of‑court restructurings
Strong client development and practice-building skills; portable practice preferred
Bar admission in Texas (or ability to obtain) and capacity to work from the Dallas office
