Senior restructuring partner opportunity in Singapore with a highly regarded international firm. The role focuses on corporate restructuring and turnaround mandates, with a strong emphasis on matters that have a technology or TMT angle.

You'll join a cross-border team advising lenders, creditors and corporates on complex insolvency, rescue and recapitalisation work across the region. The role requires a visible, market-facing partner able to win and lead high-value, multi-jurisdictional engagements.

Proven track record at partner level in restructuring/insolvency and related corporate work.
Demonstrable portable practice / book of business and ability to originate new instructions.
Experience on cross-border matters and advising stakeholders such as lenders, creditors and distressed corporates.
Strong client development skills and sector experience advising tech or TMT-related businesses preferred.
Admission in Singapore or other common law jurisdiction and willingness to be based in Singapore.
