Senior partner hire to lead and grow a restructuring and insolvency practice in the Stuttgart office of a highly regarded German law firm. The role combines courtroom and restructuring transaction work with strategic corporate advisory across insolvency, distressed M&A and turnaround matters.

The partner will manage a team, develop client relationships across industry and financial stakeholders, and work closely with corporate teams on cross-border and domestic restructuring mandates. The firm is open to candidates with a portable practice and expects a demonstrable track record of originating and sustaining client work.

Established partner-level experience in restructuring/insolvency and related corporate advisory.
Proven record of client origination and relationship management; portable book of business welcome.
Admission to practise in Germany and strong German-language skills.
Experience managing teams, leading mandates, and handling court-led insolvency processes.
