Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to help expand its busy Boston restructuring practice. The role will focus on lender-side high-yield/distressed-debt work while building out complementary debtor-side bankruptcy and restructuring capabilities.

The partner will take a client-facing, rainmaking role: leading complex restructurings, supervising deal teams, and developing new business across finance and insolvency matters. This is an opportunity to join an established platform with resources to scale a portable practice.

Established partner with significant experience in bankruptcy, restructuring and distressed-debt/credit work.
Proven ability to originate and manage client relationships; portable book of business preferred.
Experience representing lenders, creditors’ committees or debtors in complex Chapter 11 and out-of-court restructurings.
Bar admission in Massachusetts or willingness to obtain admission; strong team leadership and business-development skills.
