Senior finance and restructuring partner role based in London for a highly regarded national firm. The role sits at the intersection of insolvency/restructuring and finance work, acting for corporates, lenders and stakeholders on complex restructurings, workout and refinancing matters.

The firm is expanding its restructuring capability and seeks a partner to lead mandates, originate new instructions and provide high‑level client advice. This is a visible role with responsibility for driving business development, supervising fee earners and collaborating with related practice teams.

Established partner with significant experience in restructuring/insolvency and related finance transactions.
Proven record of originating and managing client relationships; portable practice/book of business desirable.
Strong technical knowledge of insolvency law, distressed M&A, workouts and secured lending.
Experience leading teams and cross‑practice workstreams in a busy London practice; excellent commercial and business development skills.
