Senior partner opportunity within a well-established UK practice looking to strengthen its insolvency, restructuring and finance offering in Manchester. The role combines advisory restructuring work with finance-linked transactional and creditor-side matters.

The team advises on complex corporate restructurings, refinancing and debtor/creditor solutions for mid-market and larger corporate clients. You will join a national practice with significant regional presence and support from wider specialist teams.

Applicants should be comfortable leading matters, developing client relationships and contributing to business development across the North West market. A portable practice or demonstrable ability to originate and grow fee income will be an advantage.

Established partner-level experience in restructuring/insolvency and finance-related work
Proven track record of originating and leading complex matters and managing teams
Demonstrable client development experience; portable practice preferable
Qualified in England & Wales (or equivalent) with strong professional references
