Leading national law firm seeks a partner to join and help grow its New York restructuring and distressed-finance practice. The role will focus on lender-side high-yield and distressed-debt work while also expanding debtor-side bankruptcy and restructuring capabilities.

The team advises on complex in-court and out-of-court restructurings, distressed financings and creditor-side restructurings. This is a partner-level role with responsibility for originating work, developing client relationships, and mentoring junior lawyers.

Established partner with significant experience in restructuring, bankruptcy, and distressed/high-yield finance matters
Track record on lender-side and/or debtor-side engagements and familiarity with in-court and out-of-court restructurings
Proven business development ability and a portable practice or demonstrable client origination record
Admissions and qualifications appropriate for practice in New York
