Established national law firm is expanding its Philadelphia presence and is seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow its restructuring and finance practice locally. The role combines client-facing deal and restructuring work with business development to deepen market share in the region.

The successful candidate will join an experienced, cross-practice team handling creditor-side and debtor-side matters and complex financing transactions. This is a partner-level role for a proven rainmaker who can both originate work and collaborate across national practices.

Established partner-level background in restructuring/bankruptcy and finance transactions.
Proven portable practice or demonstrable ability to generate and manage client relationships.
Strong litigation and/or restructuring transactional experience, with leadership on significant matters.
Ability to help build and lead a local office team and to work across national practice groups.
