A well-established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow its restructuring and finance practice in the San Antonio office. The role will focus on advising corporate debtors, creditors, and other stakeholders on complex insolvency, restructuring and workout matters.

The successful candidate will join a team handling cross-border and domestic restructurings and will have opportunities to originate work and collaborate with finance and corporate colleagues across the firm. This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for business development and practice management in the region.

Established partner with significant restructuring and insolvency experience
Proven ability to originate and manage client relationships; portable practice preferred
Admission to practice in Texas or eligible to obtain admission
Track record of leading multi-disciplinary teams on complex restructurings
