Lateral Partner — Restructuring & Finance, San Diego

Senior private practice opening for a partner-level Restructuring and Finance lawyer to join a growing office in San Diego. The team is expanding both its lender-side high-yield/distressed debt capabilities and its debtor-side bankruptcy/restructuring work.

The role offers an opportunity to lead client matters, build a portable practice, and work on complex out-of-court restructurings and contested bankruptcy matters across the region. The office supports cross-office collaboration on larger national and regional engagements.

• Established partner with significant experience in restructuring, bankruptcy, and lender-side high-yield or distressed-debt work.
• Proven track record handling debtor-side restructurings and contested bankruptcy matters.
• Portable practice/book of business expected; ability to originate and maintain client relationships.
• Admitted to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and able to work from the San Diego office.
