Seeking a partner-level restructurings lawyer to help expand an established bankruptcy and lender-side high-yield/distressed debt practice in the firm’s San Francisco office. The role will involve leading complex debtor and creditor-side restructurings, distressed financings and workout matters.

Ideal candidates will have proven partner experience, a portable practice, and the ability to originate and lead engagements while working collaboratively with a national restructuring team. This is an opportunity to grow both lender-side distressed-debt capabilities and debtor-side restructuring work within a platform that serves U.S. and cross-border matters.

Partner-level experience in bankruptcy, restructurings and distressed debt (lender and/or debtor-side).
Track record of originating and managing complex restructurings, workouts or high-yield/distressed financings.
Portable practice/book of business and ability to develop new client relationships.
Licensed to practice and able to advise on U.S. restructurings and related finance matters.
