Lateral Partner — Restructuring & Finance, Washington, D.C.

Senior restructuring partner opportunity with a well-established national firm’s Washington, D.C. office. The role focuses on chapter 11 restructurings, out-of-court work and distressed finance matters for corporate and creditor clients.

You will lead complex restructurings, advise lenders and sponsors on distressed financings, manage deal teams and develop client relationships. The position includes responsibility for originating work and growing a portable practice within the firm’s finance and restructuring platform.

• Partner-level experience in restructuring and distressed finance (chapter 11 and out-of-court work).
• Proven track record leading transactions and supervising teams on complex matters.
• Demonstrable client development and business generation ability; portable practice preferred.
• Admission to practice in D.C. or eligibility to obtain admission.
