Lateral Partner — Restructuring & Insolvency, London

Leading international law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its London restructuring and insolvency practice. The role will focus on advising on complex restructurings and insolvency matters, including cross-border mandates and formal rescue processes.

The successful candidate will lead client engagements, develop business in the UK market and work closely with teams across jurisdictions. The team handles contentious and non‑contentious mandates for corporate debtors, creditors and stakeholders.

• Qualified solicitor or equivalent with substantial partner-level restructuring/insolvency experience.
• Proven track record advising on complex and cross-border restructurings and insolvency matters.
• Demonstrable client development experience; portable practice or book of business is welcome.
• Ability to lead teams and manage high-value, time-sensitive matters.
