Lateral Partner — Restructuring & Insolvency, Montreal

Senior restructuring partner opportunity to join a well-established Canadian restructuring practice based in Montreal. The role will focus on leading complex insolvency and restructuring mandates, advising corporate and creditor stakeholders, and expanding an active practice.

This position offers a senior leadership role within a collaborative team of restructuring lawyers. The firm typically onboards laterals into a transitional partnership track, with a focus on integrating a portable practice and building local client relationships.

• Proven senior experience in restructuring and insolvency work (significant partner-level track record).
• Portable client base/ability to bring a developed practice preferred.
• Demonstrated business development and team leadership capabilities.
• Eligibility to practice in Canada; ability to practice in Quebec/Montreal considered an asset.
