Senior partner role to lead and grow a restructuring/insolvency and compliance & regulatory practice based in Riyadh. The role combines high‑value bankruptcy and restructuring advisory work with regulatory counselling across financial and corporate matters.

You will manage and develop a team, take responsibility for client engagement and case strategy, and work closely with regional regulators and stakeholders on complex, cross-border matters. The team is seeking an experienced partner who can both execute major matters and help originate new instructions.

Portable practice/clients are welcomed; the firm is open to partner candidates at different seniority levels who can demonstrate a market presence in the region.

Established partner-level experience in restructuring/insolvency and regulatory work.
Track record advising creditors, debtors, insolvency practitioners or regulated entities on complex matters.
Proven ability to lead teams and develop client relationships in the Gulf/MEA region.
Strong commercial judgment and experience with cross-border matters and regulator engagement.
