Seeking a lateral partner to join a busy Houston litigation team handling securities, white-collar investigations, and complex commercial disputes. The role involves leading matters, supervising associates, and expanding a high‑value trial and regulatory practice.

The successful candidate will bring a strong track record in securities-related litigation or investigations, courtroom experience, and the ability to cultivate and manage client relationships. A portable practice or demonstrable book of business is welcomed.

Established litigation partner with experience in securities litigation and/or white‑collar investigations
Proven trial and/or contested hearing experience and strong written advocacy
Track record of client development and matter leadership; portable practice welcome
Admission to practice in Texas (or ability to gain admission) and authorization to work in the U.S.
