The team advises on a mix of fund-related, securities compliance and financing matters; the role combines client relationship development, managing complex matters and mentoring junior lawyers. The firm welcomes candidates with a portable practice and demonstrated business development capability.

Partner-level experience in securities, asset management and finance transactions or regulatory work
Proven business development track record and ability to bring or grow client relationships
Experience supervising teams and managing client matters to completion
Admission or eligibility to practice in Georgia (Atlanta) or willingness to become admitted
