Senior partner opportunity to lead and grow a Frankfurt-based securities and finance practice focused on capital markets and cross-border transactions. The role involves originating and leading complex ECM and DCM mandates, advising corporate and financial institution clients, and coordinating with international deal teams.

The successful candidate will run a small team, work closely with colleagues across jurisdictions, and play a visible business-development role. A portable practice and proven ability to bring or expand client relationships in the German market are important.

Proven partner-level track record in capital markets and finance (ECM/DCM or related securities work)
Experience leading cross-border transactions and coordinating with international teams
History of originating business and managing client relationships; portable practice preferred
Fluency in English and strong working knowledge of German market and regulators
Admission to practice in Germany or equivalent European qualification advantageous
