Leading Frankfurt-based securities and finance team seeks a lateral partner to strengthen its capital markets and banking practice. The role involves advising on public and private securities transactions, debt and equity financings, and cross-border capital markets matters.

The team works for banks, issuers and institutional investors across regulated and transactional mandates. The position offers a senior practice leadership role with opportunities to originate work, mentor junior lawyers and contribute to business development.

Candidates with an established, portable client base in capital markets or banking are encouraged to apply; the hiring team is flexible on exact book size and will consider strong strategic fits.

Admission to practice in Germany (or equivalent EU/UK qualification with German qualification in process)
Significant partner-level experience in capital markets, securities and/or banking transactions
Proven track record of originating and managing complex financings and securities deals
Business development ability and experience leading a team on client matters
