Seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow a securities and finance practice in the firm’s Minneapolis office. The role will involve advising investment management clients and handling transactional and regulatory matters across securities and finance matters.

This position combines practice leadership, client development and fee-earner responsibilities. Candidates should be prepared to work collaboratively with cross-practice teams and to help expand regional and national client relationships.

Established partner-level experience in securities and finance or investment-management work.
Strong track record of advising on securities and transactional/regulatory matters.
Demonstrated business development and client-management ability; ability to cultivate and grow client relationships.
Admission to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction or ability to become admitted.
