Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to grow and lead its Securities and Finance practice in the New York office. The role will combine securities work with financing matters across investment management and related clients.

The ideal candidate will have a well-established, portable practice and a track record of originating and managing client relationships. You will join a collaborative team handling complex, market-facing matters and mentor junior lawyers.

Established partner with demonstrable experience in securities and finance matters
Proven ability to generate and manage client relationships; portable book of business welcome
Strong drafting, transaction management and client-facing skills
Comfort working in a high-volume, team-oriented New York practice
