Seeking a lateral partner to lead and expand a cross-practice securities and finance practice in the Philadelphia office of a leading US law firm. The role will involve advising institutional clients and issuers on a range of capital markets, securities compliance and financing transactions.

The partner will work closely with transactional and regulatory teams across the firm, take ownership of client relationships, and play a key role in business development and practice growth. A portable practice or demonstrable origination capability is welcome.

Established partner or equivalent with substantial securities and finance experience.
Track record of leading capital markets, securities compliance or financing transactions.
Proven client development/origination ability; portable business preferred.
Active bar admission and strong communication and team leadership skills.
