The successful candidate will join a collaborative team advising institutional and corporate clients on securities compliance, investment-management matters and a range of financing transactions. Established partner or counsel with significant securities and/or finance transaction experience.
Active bar admission and strong academic credentials (JD).
Proven client relationship and business-development skills; portable practice welcomed.
Experience supervising teams and managing cross-practice engagements.
