Lateral Partner — Securities & Finance, Washington, D.C.

Seeking a Lateral Partner to lead and grow a securities and finance practice in a major Washington, D.C. office. The role focuses on transactional and regulatory matters across securities, investment management and finance matters for corporate and institutional clients.

The successful candidate will take a senior role on complex capital markets, investment management and finance matters, develop client relationships, and mentor junior lawyers. A portable practice or demonstrable book of business is welcome and will be supported.

• Established partner-level experience in securities and finance transactions and related regulatory work
• Proven business development and client relationship record, with ability to bring or grow a portable practice
• Experience supervising and mentoring associates and contributing to firm practice strategy
• Bar admission in the jurisdiction or eligibility to practice in Washington, D.C.
