An established litigation partner is sought to join a busy team in Atlanta handling securities, white-collar and healthcare-related disputes. The role focuses on defending and prosecuting complex regulatory, enforcement and commercial matters for life sciences and digital-health clients.

The successful candidate will lead case strategy and trials, mentor junior lawyers, and work closely with cross-practice teams on regulatory and compliance issues. There is an expectation of business development; candidates with a portable practice or established client relationships in securities, healthcare or life sciences are particularly welcome.

Significant litigation and securities/enforcement experience at partner level, including white-collar or regulatory matters
Experience advising healthcare, life sciences or digital-health clients preferred
Proven record of leading teams and managing complex, high-stakes matters
Demonstrable business development skills; portable book of business or client origination history a plus
Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction (Georgia) or ability to qualify
