Seeking a lateral partner to join a well-established litigation team in Las Vegas to lead securities-related and healthcare/life-sciences disputes. The role involves handling regulatory enforcement, securities litigation, and complex civil matters for clients in the healthcare, life sciences and digital health sectors.

The successful candidate will manage high-stakes litigation, guide case strategy, and mentor junior litigators. This is a partner-level opening for an experienced litigator with a proven track record in securities and healthcare matters and experience in white-collar or regulatory investigations is highly valued.

A portable practice or demonstrable business development ability is preferred; the role offers the opportunity to build a regional practice within a broader national/international platform.

Partner-level litigation experience with significant work in securities and/or healthcare/life-sciences disputes
Experience with regulatory enforcement and white-collar or internal investigations preferred
Proven record of leading complex cases, including trials, arbitrations, or major motions
Demonstrable business development experience or a portable practice
Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or ability to become admitted
