Partner opportunity for an established securities and healthcare litigator to join a well-regarded national practice based in Minneapolis. The role focuses on complex securities, life sciences and digital health disputes, regulatory enforcement and white-collar matters across healthcare-related industries.

The team represents clients in high-stakes litigation and regulatory investigations; you will lead matters, develop strategy, and manage trial and motion practice. The group collaborates with national regulatory, corporate and life-sciences teams on cross-practice matters.

The firm seeks a partner with a portable practice or demonstrable client relationships in securities, healthcare or life-sciences matters. This is a partner-track lateral role with significant responsibility for client development, matter leadership, and mentoring junior lawyers.

Admitted to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction (or able to obtain admission).
Established partner-level experience handling securities litigation, regulatory enforcement and healthcare-related disputes; white-collar experience a plus.
Proven record of leading significant matters, managing teams, and producing business development results.
Strong trial and motion practice, excellent written and oral advocacy, and ability to work on cross-practice, multijurisdictional matters.
