Seeking a lateral partner to join a busy New Jersey litigation practice focused on securities, healthcare enforcement, and life‑sciences related disputes. The role will lead complex civil and regulatory matters, including white‑collar and cross‑border investigations, and work with clients across healthcare, digital health and life‑sciences sectors.

The successful candidate will build and lead teams on bet‑the‑company matters, manage client relationships and develop new business. A portable practice or demonstrable client origination history will be viewed positively.

Established partner‑level experience in securities litigation, healthcare enforcement, white‑collar or related regulatory work.
Track record of handling complex trials, investigations or contested regulatory matters.
Proven client development and relationship management capability; portable practice preferred.
Admission to practice in New Jersey or another U.S. jurisdiction with willingness to seek admission.
