Leading New York litigation team is seeking a lateral partner to join its securities and healthcare practices. The role focuses on complex securities disputes, regulatory enforcement and matters arising from life sciences and digital health clients.

The partner will handle high‑stakes litigation, regulatory investigations and cross‑disciplinary matters involving healthcare companies and investors. Candidates should be able to lead client relationships, supervise litigation teams and work closely with transactional and regulatory colleagues.

Established partner or counsel with a strong litigation background in securities and/or healthcare matters
Experience handling regulatory investigations, enforcement proceedings or white‑collar components preferred
Track record of originating and managing client relationships; portable practice welcome
Admitted to practice in New York (or able to transfer/obtain admission)
