Established international law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Baltimore litigation team, with a focus on securities-related disputes and matters in the life sciences and healthcare sectors. The role combines courtroom and regulatory work across civil securities litigation, investigations, and healthcare-related disputes.

The successful candidate will help grow and lead a sector-focused practice, working with cross-office colleagues on complex, high-stakes matters for institutional and corporate clients in healthcare, digital health, and life sciences.

Proven partner-level litigation experience in securities-related matters and/or investigations.
Substantial experience handling life sciences, healthcare or digital health matters preferred.
Track record of trial or contested proceedings and managing teams on complex disputes.
Demonstrated client development skills; portable business welcomed.
Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or ability to qualify promptly.
